1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Major cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
We may offer free delivery on selected products or promotional offers.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you are available at the time of delivery to receive your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp (if available), allowing you to track your order status.
6. Delivery Issues
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery. If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned back to us.

- Public holidays or strikes
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.
