1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is not as described

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Proof (images/video) is required for verification

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or damaged products (after delivery)
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (depending on your payment method)

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable

4. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchange if:

  • The product is defective or incorrect

If you want a different item, you will need to place a new order.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
